Since its foundation in 1989 Bauma company has gone through many stages of its development. Since its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 1997, Bauma plc has been consequently putting into effect its adopted business strategy:

... from local, through countrywide, up to international

In less than three years we built our own countrywide distribution network, which now consists of 11 branch offices. The offices are now being grouped into 8 regions:
- Bydgoszcz region
- Łódź region
- Bauma Katowice
- Bauma Kraków
- Poznań region
- Szczecin office
- Trójmiasto region
- Warsaw region
- Lublin office
- Wrocław region
- Nowa Sól office

A daughter company is working in Ukraine. In Russia we have our representative office. In Lithuania, Latvia, Belarus, Kaliningrad District and in Germany we have our distributors and a representative in Romania.



... from distributor to producer

In 1998 we began design works working out our own solutions, and then we launched production of props of B-type for slab formworks and of accessories: tripods and props heads.
In the year 2000 we launched production of the first wall formwork - PRIMO. This was another product designed by BAUMA.
At the end of the year 2001 we made the first girder formwork - DSD 12/20. At the same time we started production of the new props - types C+D and D.
In 2003 we launched light A-type props for individual housing constructors.

Our efforts are directed at launching new formowrks and offering new elements of the already available systems. Thanks to this, the already available systems suit our clients" individual needs even better.
